Our 2025 Impact Summary

2025 was a transformative year for Pistis Foundation, marked by deliberate expansion and strengthened systems that amplified our reach and effectiveness in delivering care, education, and protection to Nigeria’s most vulnerable communities. Through innovative programs and dedicated partnerships, we achieved significant milestones across health, shelter, and education, touching thousands of lives and building pathways to lasting stability.

Key Health Impacts: Healing and Prevention

Our flagship Ubomi initiative reached new heights, hosting three medical outreaches across multiple locations for the first time. These efforts provided 17,496 medical interventions to 5,635 beneficiaries, offering free access to essential healthcare services and restoring dignity through compassionate care.

Notable achievements included:

• 103 eye surgeries to restore vision.
• 121 general surgeries addressing urgent needs.
• Over 2,700 laboratory screenings, alongside critical pharmaceutical, dental, and optical services.

Beyond direct interventions, our health promotion activities—through trainings, webinars, and digital campaigns—boosted community awareness, empowering individuals with knowledge on prevention and well-being.

Shelter and Stability: Nurturing Young Lives

At the Kids-Off-The-Street Shelter (KOTS), we provided consistent care, nourishment, health monitoring, and schooling for at-risk children. A highlight was supporting 8 children in their transition to secondary school, fostering long-term stability and hope.

Education Empowerment: Expanding Opportunities

In education, we welcomed 214 new scholars, growing our active beneficiaries to 347. By expanding our partner school network across multiple states, we ensured more young people gained access to quality learning, breaking cycles of poverty and unlocking potential.

These impacts were made possible by the generosity of our staff, volunteers, medical teams, and supporters, who contributed their time, expertise, and resources. As we reflect on 2025, we’re grateful for the progress and inspired to build on it in the years ahead.
