Every impactful journey requires a moment to pause, reflect, and realign. For us at Pistis Foundation, that moment came during our Q1 Staff and Volunteer Retreat.
The first quarter of the year had been filled with meaningful milestones, valuable lessons, and powerful reminders of why our work truly matters. It was a season that challenged us, stretched us, and inspired us to keep showing up for the communities we serve.
The retreat created space for honest conversations. As a team, we reflected on our progress, acknowledged areas where we could grow, and asked the hard questions that help us improve. These moments of openness strengthened not just our strategy, but our shared commitment to do more and be better.
More importantly, we looked ahead.
With renewed energy and a clearer sense of direction, we stepped into the coming months with intentional plans to deepen our impact and reach even more lives. The retreat was not just about reflection, it was about repositioning for greater purpose.
Beyond the strategy sessions and planning, it was also a special time to connect. We strengthened bonds, shared moments of laughter, and celebrated the people who make the work possible. Because at the heart of everything we do is a team that believes deeply in the mission.
